Ingredients:
1 - 1.5 lbs. Boneless skinless chiken, cubed.
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing.
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Red pepper powder.
- 3 Tbsp. Yellow mustard.
- 1 Tbsp. Ginger.
- 1 Tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. Waffle syrup.

Instructions:
- Pour Italian dressing in pan and heat until bubbles form, reduce heat.
- Add chicken to pan and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper. Cook until chiken is all white (no pink)
- Add mustard, ginger, curry, cinnamon, syrup.
- Coat all chicken cubes and heat through.
- Serve imediately to retain moistness. Serve over rice or with on toothpicks.
Yield: Enough to fight over.
